Evaluation (First visit): $150 for 1 hour
Follow-up visits: $125 for 1 hour
Dry needling (requires evaluation prior): $75 (is included for no additional fee during evaluations and follow-ups, this fee is only for purely dry needling sessions)
I accept cash, credit, debit, check, HSA/FSA, Worker's Compensation
I can provide Superbills for reimbursement if your insurance provider has Out of Network provider benefits!
